Our Story
Tank Track is the story of a family-owned business, like yours.
Once upon a time, in early 2013, we wanted to know how best to serve the septic services industry. We placed hundreds of phone calls to septic business owners, with one question in mind: “What is the most frustrating problem you face in your business every day?”
One person after another told us how frustrated they are with wasted time and inefficient methods in the office. They had better things to do than spend their precious hours typing and re-typing the same addresses, shuffling and reshuffling the same papers, and trying to find information in the depths of the filing cabinet drawers. And, they didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on fancy software that could take weeks to learn.
With their help, we discovered our quest: to create a simple program to help septic service companies manage their customers and schedules, and save lots of time.
