We got started with a simple idea: pick up the phone and ask septic business owners one question — “What is the most frustrating problem you face in your business every day?”
Hundreds of phone calls later, the answer was clear. One person after another told us how frustrated they are with wasted time and inefficient methods in the office. They had better things to do than spend their precious hours typing and re-typing the same addresses, shuffling and reshuffling the same papers, and trying to find information in the depths of the filing cabinet drawers. And, they didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on fancy software that could take months to learn.
